1. How do I make a purchase through ResearchCart360?
- Log in to your account using your Email and Password.
- Click “Add to Cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue adding other products into your cart or click “View Shopping Cart” to view your cart.
- Click “Proceed to Checkout” to proceed with payment.
- Complete the Checkout page (Personal Information, Billing Address, Payment Method, Custom Form Information) and click “Next”.
- Select “Payment Method” and click “Next”.
- Check your shopping Summary and click “Next”.
- Complete the Payment page and click “Click here to confirm your purchase”.
2. What are the payment methods available?
- (Internal) UM customers
- Direct Purchase using Internal Money Transfer
- Debit System for members with Parked Money Account
- (External) Non-UM customers
- Cheque, ATM deposit or Online Bank Transfer
3. What are the delivery services offered?
- (Internal) UM customers
- Delivery within UM
- Self-collection at FOM Supply Store, Room J4150, Level 4, Block J, Dept. of Social and Preventive Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, UM
- (External) Non-UM customers
- Courier service*

*Additional delivery charges (based on weight, location and shipment condition) may apply for orders below RM200 and for deliveries out of Klang Valley.

4. What if I have any further inquiries regarding the delivery service?

5. How can I know if my payment was successful?
You will receive an “Order Confirmation” email from info@researchcart360.com
6. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, if only the order is still in “Pending” status. Please send an email to fomstore@um.edu.my with the message title “Request to Cancel Order” and inform your order reference number (Pxxxxxxxxx).
7. How do I retrieve my lost password?
- Click “Forgot Password” in the login page.
- Key in your email and click “Send Password”.
- A reset password link will be sent to your email address.
